At the same high temperature of 480°C, the strength of the aluminized steel plate is 10 times that of the aluminum plate, so the thickness of the steel plate can be reduced by at least 30%.
4. Corrosion resistance: In the process of hot-dip galvanizing, the molten aluminum reacts with oxygen in the air immediately to form an Al2O3 protective layer, which immediately passivates the surface of the steel plate. The protective layer is very stable and insoluble in water. Even if the surface of the steel plate is scratched later, the protective layer has a self-healing function. Therefore, the aluminum plate has strong corrosion resistance to chemical corrosion
