Aluminium coil is an important ingredient in the production of various industrial, commercial and consumer products. Air conditioners, automobiles, airplanes, furniture, structural components and many other products may involve the use of aluminum coils. Aluminum has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and is easy to form. Its natural corrosion resistance can be enhanced by anodizing, which is one of the biggest benefits. Aluminum coils are used in a wide range of applications, from enclosure siding, trim, gutters and roofs to cans, lids, caps, bottles and other food packaging, appliances and electronics. Because it is a lightweight and durable material, it is also seen in the automotive industry. While very durable, aluminum is easy to bend and form. This flexibility makes it ideal for molding, shaping or bending. Aluminum is also known for its electrical and thermal conductivity. Another positive property of aluminum is that it is 100% recyclable. Aluminum can be melted down and reused without any waste. Overall, aluminum is a versatile metal that can be used in a variety of industries.

1050 aluminum alloy is commonly used in electrical and chemical industries due to its high electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and machinability. Aluminum 1050 alloy is also sometimes used to make heat sinks because it has higher thermal conductivity than other alloys.

1100 aluminum alloy is an aluminum-based alloy in the "commercially pure" wrought family. It has at least 99.0% aluminum, the highest alloy content in the 1000 series. It is also the most mechanically strong alloy in the series and the only 1000 series alloy commonly used in rivets. At the same time, it retains the alloy's advantages of relatively light weight (compared to other series), such as high electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and machinability. It can be strengthened by cold working, but not by heat treatment.

3003 aluminum alloy is an alloy in the wrought aluminum-manganese series (3000 or 3xxx series). It can be cold worked (but not heat treated, unlike some other types of aluminum alloys) to produce a temper with higher strength but less ductility. Like most other aluminum-manganese alloys, 3003 is a general-purpose alloy with moderate strength, good machinability, and good corrosion resistance. It is usually rolled and extruded, but not usually forged. As a wrought alloy, it is not used for casting. It is also commonly used in sheet metal applications such as HVAC, hinges, condensers, radiators, evaporators, heat shields, gutters, downspouts, and roof and siding.

Magnesium imparts enhanced corrosion resistance, machinability, strength and weldability to 5052 aluminum alloy. Typical uses include general sheet metal parts, hinges, heat exchangers, aircraft fuel tanks, electronic mounting panels and panels, fan blades, refrigeration liners, storm shutters and appliances.

6061 aluminum alloy has good mechanical properties, has good weldability, is corrosion resistant, and is very commonly extruded. It is one of the most common general purpose aluminum alloys. It is usually available in pre-tempered grades such as 6061-O (annealed), tempered grades such as 6061-T6 (solution and artificial aging) and 6061-T651 (solution, stress relief tensile and artificial aging). Uses include engineering and structural applications, boats, furniture and transportation equipment.

1100-0 aluminum coil is mainly used for spinning and deep drawing operations such as utensils, decorations, etc.

1100-H14 and 3003-H14 are specification alloys for general forming operations.

5005-H14 has similar physical properties to 3003-H14 with excellent corrosion resistance and a uniform smooth surface finish suitable for anodizing. The alloy aluminum coil is suitable for curtain walls, trim strips, control panel boxes and signage, among others.

5052-H32 and H34 are high-strength alloys with good forming qualities, especially for marine applications.

5083-H321 and H323 are alloys in different states that produce high weld joint efficiency. It is used for tank work, heavy-duty transportation, etc. to take full advantage of its welding properties.

5454-H32 is a sister alloy of 5083 and has a lower stress corrosion rating when operating in the 150°F to 300°F range. Typical uses are truck dump bodies, tankers, exhaust pipes, chemical handling tanks on ships, etc.

6061-T6 is an excellent general purpose alloy with high strength and good corrosion resistance. 6061-T6 aluminum coil is used in all structural applications such as minecarts, logging chutes and shipbuilding.
